Coming up on the Thursday before Thanksgiving, 88.9 Moody Radio will host the 15th Annual Moody Radio Thanksgiving Food Drive in Support of the Chattanooga Community Kitchen. This is your chance to provide, not only a Thanksgiving meal, but meals throughout the year for someone else in your community. To participate, bring frozen turkeys and non-perishable goods to the AT&T Field where the Lookouts play as we demonstrate the love of Christ to individuals and families in need!
Here are some of the items the Chattanooga Community Kitchen needs the most this year:
- Frozen Turkeys
- Frozen Hams
- Frozen Chickens
- #10 cans of mixed fruits, pears, peaches, etc (any fruit)
- #10 cans of mixed vegetables, peas, carrots, etc
- Soups and broths (dried or large cans)
- Pasta
- Coffee
- Dry Milk
- Dry Cereal
- Tomato Sauce
- Pasta
- Noodles
- Boxed Potatoes
- Cooking Oil
- Flour
- Mayonnaise
- Canned Meats
The Food Drive is the Thursday before Thanksgiving, November 18, 2021 ATT Field, 201 Power Alley, in downtown Chattanooga from 6:00am to 6:00pm.
