1: Mentoring Initiative in Chattanooga

Marcellus Barnes works with Hamilton County Schools. He is also pastor of GracePointe Church which meets at Hardy Elementary School. He also is involved in a wonderful opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus with the community - an opportunity that is available to you as well. Many wonderful organizations like Kingdom Partners, United Way and Big Brothers/Big Sisters are coming together to mentor students and as well as helping to increase literacy rates within Hamilton County Schools.

2: Developments in Iran and China

Todd Nettleton, Host of The Voice of the Martyrs Radio shares about a huge court ruling in Iran that overturned nine Christians in prison - a ruling that stated gathering in homes to learn about God is not a threat to the state.  Todd also shared about a new internet law in China that took place recently where provincial (state) authorization is necessary if you want to post something controversial, like John 3:16, on social media.
