Hour 1: The Abortion Survivors Network

What difference does God's love "in us" make as we minister to others? Dawn and Steve in the Morning share a devotional from Blackaby Ministries International about our motivation to love.

On the National Sanctity of Life Day, Melissa Ohden joins us for an important conversation about abortion and those infants who have survived these procedures. Her latest book Abortion Survivors Break Their Silence gives a powerful voice to those individuals.

As the survivor of a failed saline infusion abortion, Melissa founded The Abortion Survivors Network (ASN), the only healing and advocacy organization for abortion survivors. In addition, Melissa is a pro-life speaker, leader, and advocate who often appears on television and radio shows. She earned her Master's in Social Work and speaks from a place of wisdom and authority mixed with much love and forgiveness. She also authored the book You Carried Me: A Daughter's Memoir, which chronicles her journey of meeting the birth mother who attempted to abort her.
