He graduated from the the Institute of Preparing of Church Ministers (CLZ) in Irpin, Ukraine, and is completing his studies at Ukrainian Baptist Theological Seminary in Lviv, Ukraine. Prior to becoming a pastor he served for seven years with Youth for Christ. He and his wife, Tatiana, have three children. He considers acknowledging God and leading others to know Him to be his life calling.

Prior to joining FEBC, Ed spent 9 years at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer as well as over 25 years within the oil industry, including progressive leadership positions with British Petroleum, Amoco and Standard Oil Company. Currently Ed serves on the Board of Directors for the National Religious Broadcasters (NRB), Hands of Hope (an African Evangelical Relief Organization), and Revive Our Hearts.

Wayne Shepherd is a veteran radio broadcaster with over 40 years of experience as a programming manager and radio host. Owner of Wayne Shepherd Communications, he hosts several nationally syndicated radio programs. For nearly 33 years, Wayne served at Moody Broadcasting in Chicago where, as Broadcast Program Manager, he led the team that created the full service Moody Broadcasting Network, pioneering the creation of satellite-fed programming and news to hundreds of radio stations. Wayne also volunteers his time serving on the ministry boards of Mission Eurasia and Far East Broadcasting Company and hosts his own weekly interview program, FIRST PERSON with Wayne Shepherd.

Dr. Ray Pritchard serves as president of Keep Believing Ministries. He has ministered extensively overseas in China, Bolivia, Columbia, Paraguay, Belize, Haiti, Nigeria, Switzerland, Russia, India and Nepal. He is a frequent conference speaker and guest on Christian radio and television talk shows. For 26 years he pastored churches in Los Angeles, Dallas, and Chicago. Most recently he pastored Calvary Memorial Church in Oak Park, Ill., for 16 years. He is a graduate of Tennessee Temple University (B.A.), Dallas Theological Seminary (Th.M.) and Talbot School of Theology (D.Min.).
