William D. Thrasher (Th.M., Th.D., Dallas Theological Seminary) is a graduate professor of Bible and theology at Moody Theological Seminary and is a frequent speaker for churches and retreats across the country. He is author of several books, including God as He Wants You to Know Him, Putting God Back in the Holidays and A Journey to Victorious Praying. He has written "Jonah" in the Moody Bible Commentary and has authored two online courses. Bill and his wife, Penny, live in the Chicago area and have three sons and one grandchild.
